Builders Clean

Home renovation, new builds and decorating always causes a lot dust and dirt.

At HCC - Cleaning Services we have a team of building cleaners who specialise only with after builders cleaning.

We have designed a thorough task list, which will cover every corner in your home. You can also provide your own list of requirements, so we can target the areas that most concern you if you wish.

Please find below our task list:

   Clean all windows, window sills from inside.
   Clean all skirting and doors.
   Clean all sockets and switches.
  Clean all skirting boards.
  Clean all kitchen, bedrooms, living room etc. cupboards/wardrobes inside and out.
   Clean & polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. surfaces and wooden works.
   Clean & polish bathrooms/toilets.
   Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom.
  Hoover and mop all floors and stairs.                                                                                                                                                                                      

Please note that we do not wash or clean the exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages. This can be arranged if required.

On completion of the builders clean we will provide your site manager with a pre snagging report highlighting any obvious damage or repairs required. (On request)
